Are there people still active here?

There is at least one lurker -- RadomirDopieralski

I doubt that I could be called "active" but most of the time I stop by when I see something on RC, and every now and then I add a new entry to CategoryStandard. -- BayleShanks

I periodically check RecentChanges. Is there any other wiki that is better for proposing and discussing anti-spam protocols? I nearly posted something about wireless communication protocols today here, but alas, I succumbed to the temptation of posting to some other wiki with an easier-to-type URL. -- DavidCary

The guys at chonqed have a wiki: http://wiki.chongqed.org/ You think that "http://interwiki.sf.net" is hard to type? -- RadomirDopieralski

Well if we could agree on a name more permanently i could register a domain. See PickAName-- BayleShanks

I am cool with PICA. Maybe we should start a new poll there on PickAName. -- SamRose

Yes, " http://interwiki.sf.net/ " is easy to type -- but how do I get from there to the PICA wiki? Is there a shorter name that http://interwiki.sf.net/cgi-bin/picawiki.pl ? -- DavidCary

Sam: I don't like PICA because Pica is the name of an illness (do a Google search for "pica"). -- BayleShanks

I just want to say that the idea behind this project is a really good one. What would it take to revive and evolve this? Also, do we need something like a DueDilligence? system to research (maybe an OrganizedInquiry? style system?) If so, I have some useful patterns that I've been working in Drupal (that could be emulated in Wiki, or django, or what have you) for research, decision making, etc-- SamRose

On my end the only things preventing me from participating more fully in this project are (1) lack of time, (2) problems with my hands (it hurts when i type, so i am using voice recognition, which is currently slow, limiting my (bayle <--> online community) bandwidth). i don't anyone can help with those -- i really wish i could be more involved here, but i don't think i will be able to, at least not for awhile. that is not to say that a DueDilligence? system is not a great idea, please go ahead with it if you can get a group together -- just that i personally will not be able to contribute much. -- BayleShanks
