OK, let's all suggest which names we like best again. We already did this on http://www.communitywiki.org/ProamInternetCommunicationsAlliance, so look there if you want to see what comments people had on various names.

I like PICA as a name. I actually think that "Small Bridges" is really cool, even better than PICA. I think it reflects the actual nature of our network, and the way that people in the WikiNet? tend to work together. To create small, useful bridges, some of which could always stay as "small bridges", and some of which could grow to become larger.
This is a real improvement on the way that projects like http://microformats.org are pursuing things, because it opens up the process more, for ProAm? people in the real world like us, who do not have time to wait for somethign we agree that we want and need to become a hard "standard". "Small bridges" approach is more flexible, more organic. It's not "paving the cowpaths", it's connecting the people paths. --SamRose
